Need to know where your property boundary is? Advanced Survey’s cadastral team can help! Advanced Surveys is a registered cadastral surveying company with the Surveyors Board of Queensland and is able to offer sound advice on your individual requirements so there is no uncertainty.

3D MODELLING, DRAFTING & QUANTITY CALCULATIONS

With the most advanced modelling software on the market, Advanced Surveys provides accurate and efficient data captures in a level of detail that will enhance any project. Advanced Surveys chooses 12d modelling software for its ability to recognise a variety of formats and streamline any task – whether it be pre-design calculations, monthly claim quantities or as built and conformance reporting.

LASER SCANNING

Advanced Survey’s latest technological acquisition allows data capture at an incredible 1 million points/second at an accuracy of ± 2 millimetres. Teamed with the latest 3d software, Advanced Surveys can present extensive and extremely accurate cloud data in a variety of formats satisfying the requirements of various professions including architecture and design.

UTILITIES & ADAC

Advanced Surveys is ADAC ready, and has completed a variety of complex jobs for councils and government departments in Brisbane and across South East Queensland. Bringing a new level of consistency in data, ADAC surveys are fast becoming the standard across all local authorities. As an ADAC ready survey company, Advanced Surveys has the capability and knowledge to undertake any utility or asset management project, no extra training or resources required.
